"HORRIBLE. Do not use this agent. Him and his office personnel are super unprofessional when speaking over the phone. They refuse to help. Tell you it’s your fault that you’re double billed when you don’t even have a billing statement for more than one month. Pay late and instead of a late fee they just add next months bill early and expect you to pay both at the same time. Actually the most insane customer service I’ve ever had to deal with."

To top it off, progressive, geico and all state all quoted 2000-2500 for home insurance. Your 4000 approach must include lawn care or HVAC maintenance… such an impersonal approach did not sit well with me."
